The Pictograph (Box) of Size 1700 X 400 x 120 mm is constructed with 1.44 mm thick aluminum profiles with 20 microns anodizing / epoxy powder coating of approved Colour with necessary corner fittings.The polycarbonate sandwich sheet of 3 mm thick of approved make having UV stability with transparency of 32-35% shall be used as base sheet. The text / matter will be of electrocut computerized automated self adhesive vinyl graphics which is to be transferred on polycarbonate sheet. Tri-lingual matter shall be displayed on each pictograph. The Colour of signs shall be white letter on gray back- ground similar to mactae gray or as approved. The height of English alphabets shall be 55 mm and that of Hindi and local language shall be of 95 mm with the matras. Local languages shall be displayed at the top of sign board followed by national language and then followed by English.

The pictograph shall be fabricated / mounted / installed as per detailed design and sections indicated in drawings. All screws, nuts, bolts shall be Galvanised / MS powder coated. The overall construction of illuminated sign board shall be rigid adequate to achieve required strength and suitable arrangement shall be made to cover visible accessories such as screws, nuts etc. to give aesthetic look to sign boards. The pictographs shall be suspended on ceiling / wall with 2 Nos. down rod of size 38 mm X 3 mm duly powder coated of above approved colour.
