Illuminated Glow sign board (Double Information) Specifications:
The top hung signages box of size 1700 x 600 x 120
mm is constructed with suitable aluminum profiles anodized / powder
coated of approved colour with necessary corner fittings. The box
shall be designed as per detail and sections indicated in the
drawing. The sandwiched polycarbonate sheet of 3 mm thick of
approved make having UV stability with transparency of 32 35%
shall be used as base sheet. The text matter shall be of electrocut
computerized automated self adhesive vinyl graphics to be transferred
on polycarbonate sheet. Tri-lingual matter as required shall be
displayed on each box. The colour of sign shall be white letters on
grey back ground of approved colours. The rear side shall be covered
with anodized aluminium sheet of 14 gauge with due provision for
fixing the lamps, chokes, starters etc The box shall be mounted with
38 mm dia., 3 mm thick pipe duly powder coated fitted on both sides
of the box and suspended on ceiling / wall with suitable brackets /
check nuts etc. All screws, nuts, bolts, shall be of MS powder
coated. The overall construction of box shall be rigid, adequate to
achieve required strength. Suitable arrangement shall be made to
cover visible accessories such as screws nuts, bolts etc. to give
aesthetic look to sign boards.
