Salient Features
DELITE
Inject Conveyors (Feeder Conveyors) are designed for Feeding the Bags,
Boxes, luggage onto the main conveyor. Heights of these systems can be
modified / made suitable to use with an expansion / modernization to
the existing main line systems or a new system.
The advantages of the systems as compared to other similar conveyors are:
- Conveyor is very price competitive and all components are of high quality.
- Systems
can be automated through existing Panel Board/ individual control box
integrated with main Panel Board thus reducing the Main Panel Size and
isolating the system in case of any failure.
- Imported
Belts used for longer life, efficiency and quiet operations which are
joined using Staple fastener or endless for longer life.
- Screw Take up on each roller so designed so as to adjust and fine tune the tension / tracking of the system
- Least number of parts and quickly installed using hand tools.
- Parts are interchangeable. Height can be easily adjusted.
- High Efficiency Systems hence Low Running Cost and almost zero maintenance.
- Motor Capacity based on above parameters are reduced translates into energy savings.
- Low noise and vibration due to superior design on Computer Aided Design.
- Bearings used are Precision of Reputed make and Sealed for Life for Drive and Take up Rollers.
